Robert F. Jung CFA, CPA

Rob graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Accounting  and Finance. Rob started his professional career in 1986 with a focus on tax accountant and financial planning, with a “Big Eight” accounting  firm. In 1993 Rob focused his career on investment management and served  as a Vice President/Trustee officer, managing portfolios for private  clients. In 1997 Rob became a portfolio manager for a Cincinnati based  RIA. He managed the “multi-manager” division. In 2003 he founded Crew  Capital. He named the company Crew for the visual image of “always  having the team rowing in unison for the clients benefit” or as Rob  calls it a “client-centric approach”. Rob has also partnered with  Omniology to provide financial education to NFL Rookies.  With more than  25+ years of investment management and tax consulting experience, Rob  has a unique perspective on the prudent management of family wealth. His focus is to manage risk and set the client up for the best possible  scenario of financial success. 

Gerry Nowotny

Mr. Nowotny is a tax and estate planning attorney with Accel specializing  in sophisticated tax and estate planning strategies.  He is extremely  experienced and expert in all matters related to private placement  insurance and federal tax matters related to insurance products in  business and personal tax planning. This includes formation of  insurance dedicated funds. His focus is on income, estate tax reduction  strategies and offshore asset protection planning.  Gerry is also “Of  Counsel” to Buckheit Whelan, PC, a New York and New Jersey based law  firm.

Mr. Nowotny has developed a high level of expertise in private placement  insurance products- institutionally priced insurance products for  ultra-high net worth and institutional buyers.  His expertise covers  domestic, offshore, and international applications with these products.

Mr. Nowotny is well published in tax and estate planning periodicals.  One of his series of articles was cited in the Joint Committee of  Taxation Report on IRC Sec 409A.v

Gerry has a JD and LL.M in estate planning from the University of Miami  School of Law. He has his undergraduate degree from the United States  Military Academy. He served on active duty for five years and left the  service as a Captain. He has completed the CLU, ChFC and CFP professional designation programs. Gerry is married and has three  daughters. He speaks Spanish and Portuguese.

Raymond L. Britt Jr., JD, MLT, CFA, TEP

Mr. Britt, legal counsel and consultant to Access Fund Management, LLC and affiliated entities, is a partner in the Virginia law firm of Hubbard, Terry and Britt and his practice areas are  insurance law, international taxation, trust and estates and elder law. From 2009 through 2012, Mr. Britt was responsible for the offshore private placement insurance product offered by Pramerica of Bermuda Life Assurance Company, a subsidiary of Prudential Financial, Inc.  From 2003 through 2009, Mr. Britt was a legal, tax and investment consultant to Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada (U.S.) for its individual private placement insurance and COLI/BOLI products. Mr. Britt was also responsible for the individual private placement insurance products in Asia and Europe.  From 1982 through 2002, Mr. Britt held various positions with Manufacturers Life Insurance Company in the areas of law, taxation, and investments.  Mr. Britt is a graduate of The University of Virginia, with a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering, a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, with a LL.B degree and a graduate of the Marshall-Wythe School of Law, The College of William and Mary, with a M.L.T degree. Mr. Britt also holds the C.F.A. designation.
